Smoke and #39

We've had some forest fires inland and with a southwest wind this morning the smoke has traveled this way. It isn't pleasant to smell but it wasn't strong enough to make breathing difficult, it did however, provide an interesting effect on the sunrise.

I also got to experience the evidence of Turtle Nest #39 before the Turtle Patrol got there. Unfortunately I missed seeing the turtle by several yards — evidenced by the end of her tracks before the outgoing tide. Maybe another day.
